Key Qualifications
Angela Jankousky is an environmental professional with substantial experience
in
environmental, health and safety (EHS) management. Her experience includes:
integration of EHS issues into decision-making; design, implementation and
management of corporate EHS audit programs; product stewardship; win-win
regulatory negotiations; clean-up standard negotiations; environmental permitting;
health and safety management programs; preparation of environmental assessment
and water resource assessments for mining sites; Phase I and Phase II environmental
site assessments; EHS due diligence; project management for environmental
remediation; interest-based negotiation, public and motivational speaking, budget
administration; and personnel supervision.
Prior Employment
Prior to founding EME Solutions Inc., Ms. Jankousky was employed by a manufacturing
firm with $2.2 billion in 1999 sales, 9,700 employees at 58 locations worldwide.
Ms.
Jankousky held progressively responsible positions and served as Senior Director,
HS&E (head of the company's EHS function) from 1995 through 1999. She was
responsible for the design, management and implementation of the company's
programs to protect health, safety and environment. This included the development
of
pro-active policies and programs, on-going environmental compliance, environmental
auditing, and remediation of historic environmental issues. Her duties also
include
management of a 30-person department staffed by professionals with expertise
in
industrial hygiene, safety, occupational health, toxicology, environmental science,
biostatistics and epidemiology. During Ms. Jankousky's tenure, the company conducted
significant acquisition and divestiture activity and instituted a thorough and
well-respected environmental due diligence program.
Ms. Jankousky served as an adjunct faculty member in the Environmental Policy
Management Program at the University of Denver. She taught graduate level seminars
in environmental auditing.
